Hospital Reminders

During Admission:

  • At least two (2) valid identification cards are needed upon admission for verification.
  • For HMO Letter of Authorization (LOA) is needed within 24 hours of admission.
  • For PhilHealth members/dependents, please inquire at the PhilHealth Section located at the Finance Office.

 Visiting Privileges:

  • Only 1 or 2 watchers/companions are allowed.
  • No children below 9 years old
  • Regular visiting time is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

For ICU:

  • 1 watcher per cubicle (Immediate Family ONLY).
  • Viewing window for family and friends.
  • No children below 9 years old
  • Visiting time is 10:00AM to 12NN and 5:00PM to 7:00PM

 For NICU:

  • Visiting time is 9:00AM to 12NN and 2:00PM to 5:00PM

Meal Schedules:

  • Breakfast: 6:00AM  –  6:30AM
  • Lunch:      11:00AM –  11:30AM
  • Dinner:      5:00PM  –  5:30PM

Meal Cut-off Schedules For Admitted Patients:

  • Breakfast: 5:00AM
  • Lunch:      10:00AM
  • Dinner:     4:00PM

Hospital Stay Reminders:

  • Hot water is available at the Nurse Station.
  • Changing of linen is done every morning.
  • Any lost or damaged room item will be charged to patient’s account.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended. The management will not be liable for any loss.
  • DAPPMC practices waste/garbage segregation.
  • Request for additional change of linen has a minimum charge.
  • Prescribed medicines for in-patients: “All medications for in-patients must be secured from the hospital pharmacy. This is to properly monitor the individual patient’s medication to ensure quality service and to give safe, efficacious and                 cost-effective drugs”.

The following are prohibited inside the hospital:

  • Smoking
  • Loitering
  • Strong Smelling Fruits (e.g. Durian,Jackfruit)
  • Blankets, comforters, pillow, folding beds or mats
  • Electrical appliances
  • Styrofoam containers and plastic bags
  • Firearms, sharps, and weapons
  • Pets and other animals
  • Mother-Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative Policy: Feeding bottles, tethers, pacifiers and formula milk are not allowed.
